License Compatibility: Publishing Remixes of data sets, corrected version according to DISIT

the following table has been revised from  the table published on https://github.com/theodi/open-data-licensing/blob/master/guides/licence-compatibility.md
Which  in turn has been partly derived from http://wiki.creativecommons.org/Wiki/cc_license_compatibility

We have corrected some of the cells related to the license combinations to find the minimum licence that can be applied to the derivative (open and private) data set. This scenario covers the case when two or more datasets are combined. Thus, we can imagine that there are at least two licenses that may constraint the licence shape (permissions to be granted and requirements/duties to be provided) of the derived work.

The table reports in green the cells that have been changed with respect to the model presented in https://github.com/theodi/open-data-licensing/blob/master/guides/licence-compatibility.md
